PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk ("PBS" or "Company"; stock code: PBSA) again recorded positive performance in 2024. In 2024, the Company posted revenue of Rp1,154 billion. Compared to Rp572.76 billion in 2023, the Company experienced a significant revenue increase of 101.53%. The Company's profit for the year in 2024 was Rp215.04 billion, an increase of 11.57% compared to Rp192.74 billion in 2023. The largest profit came from the Company's primary segment, construction, with a profit for the year of Rp202.66 billion. Other supporting segments also posted a profit for the year of Rp13.22 billion. Based on these performance results, PBSA's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), held today, approved the distribution of cash dividends for the 2024 financial year of IDR 165 billion to shareholders, or IDR 55 per share, to be distributed according to the applicable schedule and regulations.

In 2025, PBSA is targeting revenue of IDR 1,380 billion and net profit of IDR 202 billion. This target is expected to be achieved by continuing to increase construction revenue by focusing on its core business in the industrial construction sector and diversifying revenue into other construction sectors, such as commercial construction. In addition, PBSA is also increasing construction revenue in the non-palm oil industrial construction sector and will maximize the use of established subsidiaries, such as PT Paramita Multi Sarana (PMS) in trading, PT Paramita Andalan Struktur (PAS) in steel construction, and a new subsidiary established in 2024, PT Plaza Paramita Sejahtera (PPS). PPS will manage and lease the Company's office building, Plaza Paramita, located in Central Jakarta. With this strategy, PBSA is optimistic about achieving its targets.
