PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk (IDX: PBSA) affirmed its commitment to maintaining sustainable business growth after recording solid financial performance throughout the 2025 fiscal year. In the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 fiscal year held today, shareholders approved all meeting agenda items, which was then followed by the 2026 Annual Public Expose to explain the Company's performance and future business strategy direction.
Throughout the 2025 fiscal year, the Company successfully recorded revenue of IDR 1.591 trillion, a 37.85% increase compared to the previous year's IDR 1.154 trillion. This growth also drove an increase in current year profit to IDR 320.08 billion, an increase of approximately 48.8% compared to IDR 215.04 billion in 2024. In terms of profitability, the Company also recorded an increase in Return on Assets (ROA) to 22.51% and Return on Equity (ROE) to 34.45%, reflecting the Company's ability to effectively manage assets and capital to generate sustainable growth.
At the AGMS, shareholders approved the Annual Report and ratified the Consolidated Financial Statements for the 2025 Fiscal Year, and determined the use of the Company's net profit, including allocating a cash dividend of IDR 180,000,000,000, or IDR 60 per share, equivalent to 56.24% of the Company's total current year net profit. In addition, shareholders also approved the appointment of a Public Accountant and/or Public Accounting Firm to audit the Financial Statements for the 2026 Financial Year, authorized the Board of Commissioners to determine the remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners, and approved amendments to Article 3 of the Company's Articles of Association regarding the Purpose and Objectives and Business Activities in order to adjust to the 2025 Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI).
President Director of PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk, Vincentius Susanto, stated that the Company's achievements in 2025 are the result of consistent implementation of a business strategy focused on project quality, operational discipline, and the implementation of good corporate governance.
"The performance growth we achieved in 2025 is the result of disciplined business strategy implementation, measurable risk management, and the commitment of all Company employees to maintaining the quality of project implementation. Going forward, we will continue to strengthen our business fundamentals by improving the quality of project execution, optimizing resources, and developing business opportunities that provide sustainable added value for all shareholders," Susanto explained, when met ahead of the Public Expose.
Throughout 2025, the Company successfully strengthened its project portfolio through various strategic projects in the industrial sector, including the Pulp & Paper project in South Sumatra and the project in Karawang, West Java. These projects further strengthen the Company's position as a construction company competent in the development of industrial facilities and supporting infrastructure for the manufacturing sector.
In addition to strengthening operational performance, the Company also continues to improve the quality of its corporate governance. In 2025, PBSA obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification for its Quality Management System and ISO 37001:2016 certification for its Anti-Bribery Management System. The company also continues to develop its subsidiary, PT Plaza Paramita Sejahtera, as part of its asset optimization efforts.
As a demonstration of confidence in the Company's long-term prospects and its commitment to increasing shareholder value, PBSA also completed a share buyback program in February–March 2026 with a maximum fund allocation of IDR 100 billion, all sourced entirely from the Company's internal cash flow without disrupting its financial condition or operational liquidity.
Through its 2026 Annual Public Expose, the Company expressed optimism regarding the prospects of the national construction industry, particularly the development of industrial facilities, driven by continued investment in the natural resource-based processing industry sector.
"For 2026, the Company is targeting revenue of approximately IDR 1.7 trillion with pre-tax operating profit of approximately IDR 260 billion. This target will be achieved by strengthening the quality of project execution, increasing operational efficiency, optimizing working capital management, and being selective in acquiring new projects with measurable risk profiles and healthy margins," explained Susanto after the closing of the Public Expose.
The Company will also continue to strengthen its business fundamentals through prudent cash flow management, increasing the effectiveness of accounts receivable management, optimizing corporate resources, and developing strategic projects that can create long-term added value for all shareholders.
With increasingly strong financial fundamentals, a growing project portfolio, improved corporate governance, and a sustainability-oriented business strategy, PBSA is optimistic that it can maintain its growth momentum and further strengthen its position as a national construction company focused on industrial facility development in Indonesia.
